Please note that the images shown on the listing are digitalized and shown as a mockup, actual look on the products can differ slightly. Sizing in relation to your image will vary based on size ordered.

Mockup disclaimer:

Unless specified all mockups are digital renderings. These are enhanced for you and your customers to see the detail and colors. Transfers will look different on all sizes of shirts. If you have any questions or concerns about sizing or colors reach out to me before you place your order.

Any issues with your order must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. No exceptions will be made to this policy.

Please contact us if you have any problems with your order via the website chat feature or via email trendyteesbyleslie@gmail.com.  Include order number, photos and detailed information regarding the issue.

We do not process orders on the weekends or holidays. Business days are only counted as Monday - Friday and the day your order is placed is not counted.

We typically ship all orders within 2-3 business days after your order is placed if all customs are print ready.  Day one starts at the next business day if images are print ready!  If you order on a Thursday then day one is Friday and day 2 is Monday, etc.

If you fail to upload custom images, need artwork, background removal, color changes etc. it does extend turn around time.  TAT does not start on orders with customs or gang sheets until all images are received.  To ensure quick turn around time upload all images in print ready format on the website when you order. 

Missing, Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you have received defective, incorrect or missing items please reach out to us via email or website chat within 24 hours of order delivery.  The customer will be responsible for any rush fees and/or shipping upgrades and expenses.

Damaged, Lost or Stolen Packages:
If your package is lost, stole or arrived damaged please file a Insurance claim with shipping carrier. USPS priority mail have insurance provided directly through them.  Transfers by Leslie is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stole packages once your order is in transit.  We have no ability to contact any mail carrier on your behalf.

Refund Policy
We guarantee to replace any defective item free of charge within 24 hours of delivery.  This is limited to the merchandise totals only.  We are not responsible for any product in which our items were applied.

All orders are queued for printing once order is placed and images are deemed print ready, therefore please review TAT and ensure your order is correct.  No refunds are given for cancellation requests.  In the Rarer circumstance that we do allow a cancellation of an order there will be a 15% cancellation fee deducted from the refund amount.
